What we see in the market today is a gravitation of the consumer towards brands that are known for ethical and sustainable behaviour. Today's consumers are becoming informed and hyper-aware of the climate and the environmental impact of their purchasing behaviour. The research supports this and we can see the consumer rewarding businesses who have an ethical and/or sustainable message.
With this being the case we encourage businesses to switch to ethical and sustainable businesses practices. But merely switching is not enough. You need to inform your audience in a unique and tasteful way, that you're engaged in sustainable and ethical behaviour.
Share (wherever relevant and appropriate) about your responsible business activities via social media, EDM, advertising, and more.

Sustainable and ethical manufacturing is more accessible to small and medium businesses than ever before. With sustainability and ethics quickly becoming a global movement, local and global manufacturers are moving to responsible practices.
Thoroughly audit your supply chain (we can assist with this; see our services page for more information) and identify areas for improving the sustainability of your business practices. Then make a plan to shift to sustainable practices without disrupting or damaging your existing business.
Some simple ideas for simple sustainable practices you can adopt relatively quickly and easily are:
Shift to using recyclable packaging.
Switch to using low power-consuming light bulbs in your office.
Mandate a sustainability policy in the office (turn computers off at end of day, etc.).
Opt for virtual calls (Zoom, Hangouts, Skype, etc.) as much as possible, as opposed to commuting to meet with suppliers, service providers or clients physically.
